Delivery method:

Supercool Toys delivers educational toys and children's products throughout Australia via Australia Post e-Parcel.  All parcels are trackable and require a signature on delivery, unless you have written instructions to leave the parcel in a secure location (we only recommend this if the premises are fully secure and take no responsibiliy for stolen goods).  If you are not at home a card will be left by Australia Post advising where your parcel can be collected, usually your closest Post Office.

How to track your order:

To track your order follow the instructions below:

1. Visit Australia Post's tracking web site; http://www.auspost.com.au/track/
2. Locate your tracking number from the email we sent when your item was shipped, it will start with FTQ
3. In the "Track the following items" field on Australia Post's web site enter your tracking number and press submit.  Details of your parcel will be displayed.

How to obtain a Postage Quote:  (excludes Lilly & Lolly and KidKraft)

1. Select all the items you wish to purchase.
2. Under the "Shopping Basket" header in the top right column select "Calculate Shipping".
3. Enter post code & country.

Postage Rates within Australia are based on weight, dimensions & destination:

Express Post Quotes:

If you require your items urgently please follow the instructions above to obtain a postage quote and select Express Post.  Or you can contact us via email or phone 1300 988 325.

For same day dispatch, orders must be processed before 9am AEST.

International Postage Quotes:

We can ship to New Zealand and the Australian GST will be deducted from the price of each item at the checkout. Our postage rates are based on the weight of the items you wish to purchase, and our prices start at $65 AUD.  We generally use Australia Post's Express Post International, which will be delivered in approximately 3 - 5 business days and all parcels are trackable and require a signature upon delivery.

When will my order be dispatched?

Once payment has been received your order will be posted either the same business day or the following business day, depending on the time of day the purchase is made.

Postage for Lilly and Lolly Furniture:

Lilly & Lolly Furniture is made to order and may take up to 6 weeks for delivery, contact us for a delivery quote.  Please note that furniture delivery quotes are only valid for 2 weeks, unless advised otherwise.

Postage for KidKraft furniture & toys:

KidKraft products are sent directly from our supplier and are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days of placing an order.  Please contact us for a delivery quote.  Please note that delivery quotes are only valid for 2 weeks, unless advised otherwise.
