How do I add to the shopping cart?
You can add to the shopping cart basket directly from the products thumbnail page or from the detailed page of a product. Next to the main image of every product there is a box titled "add to cart", next to this box there is a box to change the quantity.

How do I know my item was added?
Once you have clicked on the "add to cart" button to place the item in your shopping cart basket, your page will refresh and the item will be added to your cart. You can then locate your "Shopping Basket" in the right column or select the link "View Basket" in the top menu navigation bar. Your items will be listed in the basket and you can edit them further from here.

How do I get to the checkout?
Under the "Shopping Basket" heading in the right hand column select "Checkout" or select "Checkout" in the top menu navigation bar. When the link to "Checkout" is clicked on, it will take you directly to a secure checkout for completion of the purchase.

How do I edit my items?
Under "Shopping Basket" in the right hand column select "Edit Items" or select "View Basket" in the top menu navigation bar to change quantities or remove items.

What are my payment choices?
Payment options will be listed on the third page of the secure checkout, we accept Mastercard, Visa and Direct Deposit. At the base of the page there will be a drop down list to choose your preferred method. When paying by direct deposit our bank account details will be emailed to you.

How do I purchase from overseas for delivery within Australia?
To purchase from overseas for delivery within Australia simply enter the following information:
"Billing Details" - enter your email address, your phone number and the Australian address.
"Shipping Details" - enter the Australian contact details and Australian address.
(That is, enter the Australian address for both Billing and Shipping Details).

Order Status
Has my order been received?
Once an order is received by the store administration, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you entered during the sites secure checkout. If you do not receive an email the email address you have entered was not valid and we advise that you email us with your correct email address.

Checking my order status
Selecting "My Account" on the top menu navigation bar. On the left hand side enter your email address and password to check the status of your order. Please contact us if you would like further information.

My parcel has not arrive
Please email us if your order has not been received within 2 - 7 business days.

Although this is a rare event, if you feel your order is incomplete or incorrect please email us .

When will my backorder arrive?
We only allow pre-ordering of stock if your items are due to arrive at our warehouse any day or for furniture orders. The estimated despatch time of your products will be clearly displayed on each product page. If the item is later than expected, please feel free to contact us.

My Account
How do I create an account?
Select "My Account" on the top menu navigation bar. On the right hand side enter your name, email address and password. Once you have created the account, you can use this for future purchases where the items you place in your basket will be remembered even if you leave this online store and come back later.
If you are a member with a discount for all purchases, you will need to log in first to ensure the discount is applied to your purchase.

Oops, I forgot my password
Select "My Account" on the top menu navigation bar and click on the link "Forgotten your password? Click here." This is where you can have your password emailed directly emailed to you.

All prices listed are in Australian dollars and include GST. Supercool Toys reserves the right to changes prices at any time without notice. All prices on our online store are guaranteed to be fair and accurate in our industry market, they will not alter from the time of your purchase to the time you are charged.

Exchanges and Refunds
Before returning your goods please contact us on 1300 988 325 or via email. Items are to be posted to PO Box 907, Sanctuary Cove QLD 4212, via registered mail, where a signature is required on receipt of goods. All goods are to be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase, unused, unopened and unworn, within 7 days of receipt of goods. We reserve the right to reverse a refund or exchange if our criteria has not been met.
Postage costs, Gift Certificates, furniture and Custom T-shirts are non-refundable. If their is a fault with the quality of the product we will gladly look at a refund or exchange.
Exchanges: We understand that purchasing over the internet can be difficult at times. If the product is not suitable for your purposes then contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods and we can attempt to organise an exchange, at our discretion. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, return the goods unused and to pay for all delivery costs. Furniture, Custom T-shirts and sale items are excluded from this exchange policy.

Refunds: If the purchased goods are damaged or faulty we will gladly refund or exchange; provided you have retained your receipt and contact us within 10 working days of receiving your goods.

Your credit card is charged immediately on purchase, if your card cannot be charged, the goods you ordered will not be sent and your order will be cancelled.

Please ensure you include your full name to ensure prompt identification of your deposit. Payment is generally received within 1 - 2 business days, depending on your bank's cut off times. Goods will be dispatched once payment has been received and verified.
If payment is not received within 3 business days of your purchase, your order will be cancelled and the items will be placed back in stock. We do understand that we all lead busy lives and will attempt to email you before we cancel your order, just in case you have forgotten.

Redeeming a Gift Certificate
Select the items you wish to purchase, proceed to checkout and enter your details.
On the "Shipping and Payment Information" page click on the orange "+" which reads "Redeem Gift Certificate".
Enter the "PIN number" on your Gift Certificate (with or without dashes) and type in the verification code.
Press "Apply Certificate" and your total amount will be updated.
